1. Platform Status
VePay Finance, Inc. is a financial technology platform and is not a bank. VePay does not provide banking services, business bank accounts, multi-currency wallets, or corporate debit cards directly.
2. Third-Party Services
VePay may work with financial affiliates, payment providers, licensed financial institutions, and other third-party service providers to support certain operational, payment, settlement, account-related, or financial infrastructure services. Any such services are provided by the relevant third-party provider and are subject to their own terms, approvals, compliance requirements, availability, and jurisdictional limitations.
3. Shariah-Compliant Commercial Structures
VePay’s liquidity, working capital, and factoring solutions are structured as interest-free, Shariah-compliant commercial transactions, including Murabaha, Musawama, and Wakalah-based structures, and are not traditional interest-bearing loans.
4. Eligibility and Review Process
Funding approval is subject to business performance, compliance screening, documentation review, contract execution, and VePay’s internal risk assessment. While VePay may not conduct traditional credit checks, standard background checks, public record reviews, business verification, marketplace performance reviews, and commercial history screening may be performed.
5. External Accounts and Fund Custody
VePay Finance, Inc. does not hold, custody, or assume responsibility for funds held in external accounts provided by third-party financial institutions or service providers.
